Head of  Supplier Diversity & Inclusion
Travis is responsible for driving diversity and inclusion among Ford’s strategic partners and supply chain. He accomplishes this by connecting minority, women, veteran, disabled, LGBTQ and small business enterprises to Ford and its Tier 1 suppliers. Travis believes that economic empowerment for diverse suppliers and their corresponding communities is the epitome for what it means to drive human progress… Thus ultimately delivering Ford’s vision of Creating a Better Tomorrow. Travis brings a strong professional business acumen in Corporate Purchasing & Strategy, Supply Chain Management, Program Management, and Negotiation along with an academic focus in Accounting, Finance, and Business Ethics.

Marisa Pappalardo

Supplier Diversity and Inclusion (SD&I) Manager
Marisa has held various roles throughout the purchasing organization, including her most recent position in the SD&I office.  In her daily role, Marisa engages in corporate wide Supplier Diversity and Women in Purchasing (WIP) based initiatives. Her active involvement with these groups facilitates the improvement of the Ford corporate culture and assists with more enterprise wide business decisions. Marisa specializes in advanced complex negotiations, strategic sourcing, and gap analysis work streams, etc. She works diligently with the supply base to support supplier growth through coaching, mentoring, and training on Ford policies and processes to improve working relationships in a manner that is in accordance with and fully embraces Ford’s aligned business framework (ABF) principles. Marisa is a strong advocate and supports initiatives that expedite efforts to work with diverse businesses throughout the state of Michigan and across the United States.

Brian Lloyd

Supplier Diversity and Inclusion (SD&I) Manager
Brian Lloyd a new addition to the Supplier Diversity & Inclusion team brings a wealth of knowledge, strong leadership capabilities and a solid foundation in data analytics.  Brian’s Ford background includes successful roles throughout the organization, including Program Management, Operations Purchasing, Commodity Core Purchasing (Seats), and Strategic Analysis. He has built a strong list of core competencies including data analysis, strategic planning, diverse thinking and being highly results-driven. While new to the Supplier Diversity environment, Brian is excited to help drive Ford’s leadership position in the Supplier Diversity space to the next level.

A dynamic People First professional with a record of achievement and demonstrated success in employee engagement, labor relations, coaching/performance management, global strategic planning and communications. Candice has more than 15 years of experience in operations management, human resources, and business consulting. She is a strategic thinker who advocates for diversity and inclusion, community involvement and professional development. In her current role she is responsible for data management and communications. She supports various advocacy groups including WBENC, Great Lakes Women Business Council, WBECanada, WEConnect International, SBA and NGLCC.
